When searching for a quote to describe my time being coached by Ashley, this one stuck out the most and rang the truest. I came to Ashley as a survivor of domestic abuse and had not stepped into my full power within my recovery journey. I was in a job I was not passionate about and was struggling to figure out how to use my voice to impact the change I longed to see. With Ashley's priceless coaching, she guided me into whom I am today and becoming. With patience, humor, and often a push, she kept me accountable for the goals I set for myself. I learned not just respect for my craft but for myself as a powerful Lady Leader.
