Completion workshops are designed to be attended every 3 months. These workshops serve as a space to apply a practical application of the tools you have been learning inside the coaching programs as they all follow the same fundamental track. This allows you to share and hear from your fellow Lady Leaders inside the larger community that Ashley Coffey Coaching provides. You will be given interactive scenarios to allow for full integration of the inner leadership work you have been doing as well.

Now, If you have yet to sign up for a coaching program, and would still like to join the workshop, you can! These workshops then serve as a reflective tool allowing you to look objectively at your leadership. You gain the fundamentals of what is coach inside the coaching programs and get to relate with other Lady Leaders in shared experiences, some of us, for the very first time. Finding a community of powerful Lady Leaders is the arsenal to what you need to thrive.
